Help with Looking Up Email IF a column contains Active

I have a workbook that I am working with. I have a sheet that has a list of club names, # members and amount due. I have a another sheet with all members names positions and email.
What I am trying to do is look up club name, find the president or Treasurer and then list email on the other sheet

I was using a query and then index match but for some reason its not grabbing everything I need.
