plus/minus calculation

Hi all,
I have to calculate the results of the division between two values in 2 different columns which are in the format: number ± second number.
Is it possible to do this calculation with the results expressed in the same form N± n2

col 1 col 2 col 3
1.2 ± 0.1 4.0 ± 0.1 col2/col1 (= 4.0 ± 0.1)
