INDEX / MATCH Formula Not Working

I can not get the following formula working

Formula: =INDEX(D8:F13,MATCH(D5&E5,D8:D13&E8:E13,0),3)

Sorry, I now have it working!! I could not get it working on the same page (realised I just hit enter)
However when referencing data on another tab, it would not work - But now it is!!
