Put this formula in A2 and copy it down through A35. This will rank each team by their total points.
You can look at an example I gave earlier to someone else here.
If you need this to track more than just the one vote column, such as through a season, add to the table: Create a column for votes for each week or whatever interval. Enter the number of votes each week for each team in the appropriate column. Set the total points cells to sum the points.
Then sort the table by column A for all columns except the one for the point structure (25 to 1) to put them in order from 1 to 35.
This is untested of course. But I think the idea works or will at least get you close to what you want to do.
