XL2011 on MAC - Remove Duplicates

Can someone familiar with the differences between the Mac and PC versions please advise?

I am helping a colleague who only uses Macs and I don't have access to a Mac.

I have a very simple macro as follows:

This works perfectly on my PC, but the Mac version "just made (the button) highlight like a text box."

Can you confirm whether or not this is an issue with the Mac? How do I work around? (Perhaps a macro to loop and delete is the answer!)

Is it ActiveX button? That will not work on any Mac.

xlbiznes - as far as I know it is a quite current version of MS Office. They only switched to Macs last year with all new equipment and software.
Izanddl - I used a form button, not ActiveX.

The "just made (the button) highlight like a text box." comment was misleading! The button click actually does nothing.

I have resorted to this bit of code. It is not perfect, as I am not an expert code writer, but it does the job! Any improvements to the code will be greatfully received.
