Nick Senior - Trying to learn how to properly use Excel

Hi All,

I'm new to Excel Forum and I'm a senior that does not believe in working hard just smart. I have recently started to automate some of the spread sheets I use, to reduce my interaction time. So, I have a lot of things to learn and questions to ask, until I get up to speed. I hope you all can help with my pursuit for knowledge in my senior state.
