Excel Macro to Copy the higligted cell value header only with the primary key

Hi All,

Excel Macro to Copy the higligted cell value header only with the primary key that is the cell value in A column,

Also note my total range is from A: Ag and the cells can be highligted anywhere in that row what i need where for that row if i find multiple highligted cell "yellow" i want the corresponding column header to be copied intothe next sheet or different workbook with the cell value of a for e.g

all the row 1 as headers
in column h5, k5, z5 the cells are higlihted i want the coumn header h1, k1,z5 with the value of a5 to be copied
