I need to populate a column(Spring or Fall) based on the last 2 digits of a 6 digit date.

I need to populate a column with seasons based on the last 2 digits of a date YYYYMM in another column. The dates only represent Fall and Spring XXXX01 thru XXXX06 are Fall. The rest (07-12) are considered Spring. I tried =IF((RIGHT(C3,2))<=07) I just need the rows labeled Spring or Fall depending on if they are XXXX01-06 or Spring if they are XXXX07-12. Thanks so much in advance!
