Introduction

Hi, I've frequented this site for a while now, but joined only recently. I have a background in finance. Building good excel spreadsheets has helped me to analyse and maintain a ton of data over the years. I'm a fan of keeping things simple, so although I'm familiar with macros, I use it sparingly for downloading data from the web, private functions, and auto refresh etc. I'm also well versed with building templates using Bloomberg excel codes.

Good ideas here, plan to stay for long term.
