Hi all....first post. I'm a mech. engineer/ spreadsheet crafter, ...and I have a question right off the bat.....how can I attached a file (excel file that is) so I can show you all what problems/questions I have on a particular sheet?

I am having some trouble attaching a file...when I hit the attach file button, all I see is this:
