value for a cell based on 3 drop down list choices

I have looked all over the net but I can't seem to find exactly how to do this in excel. For theory purpose I will use widgets..
So say I have 3 different types of widgets i.e. widget 1, widget 2, widget 3... And each widget could have 4 properties, i.e. wooly, smooth, bumpy, spots, ... then say there are 15 colors for each type of widget and it will have two values attached to each color... So I would like a drop down to select widget, a drop down to select property of widget based on what widget is chosen first, then another drop down with the color of widget based on first two drop downs, and finally tell a cell to put in a value because of all 3 drop downs selected...

So Widget 1, bumpy, blue, then one value in a cell, and the other value in another cell :-)
