    How to assign number in a cell as the value of the variable

    I am extremely new to VBA so sorry if this is a basic question. But I'm trying to take the number in a cell in workbook 2 and assign it as the value of a variable named PW_Cost and then set the value of a cell in workbook 1 as PW_Cost / 1,000,000.

    In a perfect world £622,000 in workbook 1 will become £0.6m in workbook 2 <<*ending like that would be amazing but if that's not possible then it just being as £0.6 would be fine. I've got the code for opening workbook 2 and activating the right sheet..but that's as far as I've got. Any help will be greatly appreciated!
