Question on multiple work sheets, values and dates both

Hello everyone, I am new to this site and would much appreciate someone's help. I need a formula to include a date range. I am trying to get a total of satisfied civil work within a week from one sheet and enter that amount into another sheet. In the formula below I have the total of the civil satisfied inspections but how can I get a total of civil inspections for the week. Again I am working on 2 different sheets, the first sheet is where all the data is entered, the second sheet is giving me the totals
