Anywho - Hi Y'all! My nickname is really Ginger (red hair) and I'm here because I'm stuck with getting a specific Data Validation to work, so I'll post my issue in the appropriate location. Gotta' say, though, I've learned so much with Excel in an extremely short amount of time as I became the back-up of our excel Guru at work. However, that Guru has since left so that leaves me! Oh boy!
