Mid level quality assistant here and I joined to advance my excel skills. I just recently started playing around with macros after seeing an amazing training matrix developed by a senior member of management at my old job and I'm looking to recreate it at my new job where we're severely lacking in employee progress tracking metrics. In any case, I hope I can provide some value to the forum!
