New Continuous Improvements Analyst

Hello

Although I've been using Excel pretty much daily for the past 15 years, I've never gotten past the face value functions of the software. I've used a lot of conditional formatting and basic functions within it but never delved deeper than IFTHEN functions, however I've just achieved a Continuous Improvements Analyst position within the financial services company that I work at which has pushed me to go beyond what I know. I've started learning VBA and I'm trying to work my head around VLOOKUPs so I can actually do some development myself and I'm a bit annoyed that I didn't start years ago as it is not as hard as I thought and it is already making a difference. I thought I'd join this forum as the comment sections in the videos I've been watching aren't as responsive and this place seems to have an active community.
