    Smile Hi, I'm new here

    Hi,
I'm new to this Forum and to Excel. I started looking into this program more deeply about a month ago when I slowly began to realise that this application could do a lot more than I so far had been aware of. Before this I used Excel sporadically for some basic accounting and budgeting, more like a sophisticated calculator to sum up amounts, whilst having no knowledge of functions and formulas, let alone macros, until…
I decided to make a Dashboard and then a Staff Leave Tracker. That's when I started to realise the amazing potential of this program and I must say, full credits and thanks to the creator of this wonderful application. Of course I got stuck many times but I've been able to make some slow progress, with the help of Youtube videos and a Udemy on line course, until I, in my explorations, came across your forum and I was struck by the sheer breadth and depth of its content and even more so, that I could link up with like-minded people on your forum.
I have great praise for you all, Moderators and Contributors, who keep all of this going, for the benefit of all of us, who want to learn more about this program and improve their skills. Thank you so much!
