    names Jack, been using excel a little while but now really getting in deep for work

    It's gratifying finding this site with help for me already. It has (DonkeyOte's 2009) sliding-window-analysis post many searches finally uncovered. The post illustrates Excel's capability using either VBA or formulae. Most of my Excel use (since vsn 2.0 and its arcane predecessor of VBA) has been straightforward engineering related or time value of money calculations.

    I must study-up and fumble around even in trying to apply DonkeyOte's 99% answer to my problem, 8/10/2009.

    Glad to find this resource rich forum.
