New starter

Hi Folks, My name is David, I am 82years old and I live in a leafy outer suburb of Melbourne, Australia... in the State of Victoria. I have been using MS products almost since or before they were actually formally recognized as such. In fact the first 'desktop' computer I used was not actually a pc but was known as an Intel Development Computer. I think 32k memory, with 8" floppy disks. It looked very similar to an IBM pc but was considerably earlier than those. This would be late 70s if I remember correctly. I have suffered the many iterations of MS dos over the years and now delight in the incredible Windows 10 operating system and the MS Office products. I have been using and writing VBA routines especially for Excel spreadsheets and Macros.

I am delighted to be here and look forward using all the help I can get here to solve and debug recalcitrant code that often occurs in my life.
