Respect

Hi there, I have just joined as I am keen to improve my excel knowledge and perhaps ask some questions. But having viewed a number of posts requesting assistance I am having second thoughts as a number of responses have, quite frankly, been dismissive and disrespectful. If you don't want to help people then do not participate, but these responses will put so many potential contributors off from asking in case of being 'told off for stupidity'. We are all learning, yes even you, so get off the high horses!
