    Hello Forum People :-)

Loving this forum so far. Thank you to everyone who's been helping me!! I just started a new job 2 weeks ago, it's a much smaller office, and there's not a lot of technology. The paper files are making sick! My last job had a large IT and Programming Department where I could get help with almost everything, or most functionality was already built. But now I'm trying to help them streamline the processes they have in place. I'm good at everything you can learn in the excel seminars, but that's as far as my capabilities go. I've got an imagination, I can think of things I want to happen, just can't quite get there myself. Love to learn new things though, not sure where to go next to increase my skills. What is the next step, learn VB? /shrug

    Yes!

And I recommend John Walkenbach's "power programming with VBA" as a starting point.
