Hi newbie

My name is Keith, I am a relative newbie to excel. I can get around in it somewhat but am still learning the more complex workings. I'm grateful that a forum like this exists.
My background is in QA, but I lately found myself performing more as a BA in support of a call center. But I'm eager to learn more about excel and will try to stay as active as time allows.
