Hey excel animals. I'm new to forums but I think I can bring a good amount of experience in excel to the table. I am particularly good with nested IF's V/H Lookups, Pivot Tables... Just started getting into array formulas and wow that's a time saver. I can do some other funky stuff too and look forward to teaching what I know and learning what I don't. My user name comes from work. If I have worked on your spreadsheet, you have been given the nash effect.
