    old dog new tricks

    Hola friends,

I've been using excel for around 10 years professionally and scholastically. I feel like it's time for me to get to the next level and that means learning to code VBA. I hope this forum will be a good resource for any problems i encounter, and i expect to encounter a lot!!

    cheers

    PS

I'm currently using Excel VBA Programming For Dummies (http://www.amazon.com/Excel-VBA-Prog.../dp/0764574124), does anyone have any thoughts in how useful / helpful they found this book?

Hello mveytsman, and welcome to the forum.

I can't comment on the book, I haven't seen it, but many members have mentioned it. You should take a look at the thread posted at the top of the Programming sub-forum. There are lots of links and recommendations there.

    Enjoy your membership!
