Hello - Newbie Here

I am learning to write macros because a guy I worked with could do some pretty crazy stuff with macros and I want to learn because it can make my job much easier. Also its a great marketable skill.

So far I am pretty new and green and I am learning by doing the macros in Excel and then looking at the code. I also search of snippets of code on the interwebs.

Any suggestions for good learning resources or anything would be great.
