No problems I am hoping my questions are easy to understand not a real savvy Excel user.
You could explain the it using appropriate title and also possibly attaching a real excel workbook adding some notes also so other's could play with it, and hopefully receive immediate responses.
To attach a sample workbook. When you are in Advanced reply, click on the paperclip to open the upload window.
