New member again

Hi!

I am Jim Snyder of Columbus, Ohio. I have worked in VBA with Excel before and would classify myself as an advanced beginner. In the past, I have done a lot of file formatting and importing/exporting for FTP transfers, and used ADO to access Excel as a data source. My current job has a lot of Excel programming to do to automate report generation. I expect to do a lot of VLOOKUP and advanced filtering. I pretty much guarantee that I will be asking for help when I get stuck. The owner is also a programmer and has set aggressive deadlines. Later, I hope to pick up Python to automate sending corrections back to the program supplying data for the reports.
