This guy needs a hand

I love to learn and normally google or youtube my way thru problems like this, but time is of the essence here. I'm going to post about phone numbers, conditional formatting, and naming a range (insert name on my mac version is always greyed out). Thanks guys. Maybe someday I'll be answering these.
