Convert PATHFINDER Code to Corresponding Numbers 1234567890

I am looking to convert the letters given in a column to numbers and they correspond to the word PATHFINDER.

1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 0

So when I enter the letters AFIDE the numbers in the column next to it should produce the numbers 25689. So on and so forth. I need help with getting the conversion of the letters to feed in the numbers.
