    Question New User

    Greetings one and all,

My name is Doug and I am a new user. Not new to Excel but would consider myself somewhere between beginner and intermediate. I joined this forum as I am looking to build an amortization table to calculate my payoff of my mortgage. There are some twists to this table and so I would need some help setting it up. I have a 15 year loan at 3% and I am making bi-weekly payments + extra going bi-weekly to principal. My payments are based on PITI. I've searched for worksheets with this setup but have not found the one that quite fits. I would appreciate some help.
    Thanks,
    Zig
