New Member - Looking for Specifics and to Learn

I've read through several of your VERY INFORMATIVE posts and now feeling not so smart.

For my own questions & edification, as my user name indicates - I am looking for answers In Laymans Terms (easy peasy)

I use excel on a limited basis at work and have been for 10+ years - just not good at the more complex formulas
