Windows XP : Search for Corrupt Files

I have some Office Documents from 2000 and prior that do not open. I am looking for an application that lets me search a network drive and return results with all the files that have been corrupted.

If anyone could help me out that would be great!

Hi rockstar, when you say they do not open does it thro an error.
also are the files on an old hard drive that your plugging in externally.
What does the icon look like.

try looking at this

sfc /scannow (from the Start / Run box)

You will be asked for the original licenced ** media of M$ Win Xp thou !
