Anfangsbuchstaben von Namen untereinander

Hallo,
da ich keine Ahnung habe wonach ich suchen muss, bitte ich um eure Hilfe
ich würde für unser Rommee runde gerne eine Tabelle erstelle.

wie bekomme ich es hin das die Anfangsbuchstaben immer untereinander geschrieben werden und wenn jetzt wie im bsp geschrieben variable noch ein 5. Spieler dazukommt. (die anfangsbuchstaben sollen signalisieren wer als nächstes dran kommt mit geben)

To create a table with players' English initials in a row, use the CONCATENATE function or the "&" symbol. For example, if the player names are in column A, use the formula in column B: =LEFT(A1,1). This will return the first letter of the name from cell A1. Then copy this formula down column B for the remaining names. If you add a new player, the formula will automatically apply to their name. To make the players' English initials consecutive, use the CONCATENATE function or the "&" symbol. For example, if the initials are in column B, use the formula in column C: =IF(B2<>"",B2&CHAR(10),""). This will add a newline character between the initials. You can copy this formula down column C for all initials.
