I have a file where my staff daily enters their operations as to both report and check their progress. Would like certain cells to change background color based on performance, but here's the trouble I can't find a solution to get through: Different employees are at different stage of their carrier, so required amount to them is different. For example, we have 4th category specialist who is required to have 2 signups a day where 3rd category specialist is required to have 5 signups a day. So, when the first one enters 1 - the cell should turn red, 2 - yellow and 3 or more - green in that cell. Yet when 3rd category specialist enters in the same column in her name's line 3 - it would still stay red, cause her required limit is not met yet.
Don't really have time nor money to write the standalone application for personnel management yet (though dream if it), would anybody help out with ideas on how to make the described above possible?
What I have now: In the line with the employee's name I have cell with category number related to her this month (they move between categories each month based on performance last month). So based on number in that cell, few cells in that line do change color now. But the described above task is quite more complicated...
