Hardly ever use excel but needing to make a calendar for Dr Schedule but on excel. This would be a daily schedule but need it to change based on year, month, and day. Each sheet would have all doctors listed but wanted to make everything stay on one sheet depending on the month and the only change would be date.
any ideas on how i could do this?
Also, is it possible to do this with ensuring the only usable dates are work days, such as monday - friday?

heres what i have so far in my thought process. I am hoping to make it where I can click on a date and then it will jump to that date and cant start entering the information based on which schedule it is for.
I want to add it to this but with the ability to have both views of all drs and single dr being able to be viewable on one sheet.

If the February sheet in Book1 is supposed to be where the data events will be entered it will be harder to help than it will be if the events are entered in a row by row basis.
I.E. Each row will have four columns, one for date, one for time, one for Dr name and one for event.
I don't understand enough about what you would specifically like to do with the daily schedule without file to comment.

Well i decided to try something else based on what they wanted.
I wanted one sheet to show what happens on a daily basis that only reflect Monday thru Friday. So for example February 1st is the date i would enter and enter any info for that day but if i choose another day, the February 1st info i enter would be saved n would be recallable should i go back to itt. I thought id use vlookup or indirects but haven’t figured out how to do an entire sheet.
Maybe ill make a calendar on all pages and when I change the date, it will open a sheet for that date. More time consuming to make each n every sheet but better than nothing. I would have to just make sure each sheet has the option to select another date n be clickable from that sheet as well. I assume hyperlinks would do this
I feel that a pivot table may be an easier way to display the daily schedule.
If you could post a sample of fictionalized row over row data as described in my previous post, then we can attempt to come up with a pivot table based display (aka. dashboard).

i was going to do that as well however the data is not going to be dates or numbers but will be words that will spill over the cells into the next row.
