How to keep specific cell value in a Table

I have a table in which I need to keep the cell value in a specific column always default as "1". I should also be able to change it to whatever I require. But Initially it should never be blank always "1".

It should also come automatically if a new row is added into the table. Please suggest what can be done.

Before you start using a new tablein the first row of your table in that "special column write:

or if you want 1 as text not as number (this is how "1" in your post could be understood) then use:

This will put 1 as the default value on every new row that is added to the table, but will allow you to write any other values/texts in this column too.
