importing list of comma-separated email addresses

I have a long list of comma-separated email addresses that I want, ultimately, to import to MailChimp.

Found instructions for importing to MailChimp from Excel but need to know how to import the list (now contained in the body of an email) into a blank workbook.

I have copied and pasted but the pasted list occupies just one cell. I want each address to fill a separate cell and display as one long column. I have no fields other than the address.

Hi Susan Boyd: Welcome to the forum.

Power query can handle this. There are excellent videos on the web which can walk you through the process.

Above is for importing a pdf, but you can choose your file type depending on how you saved your data from the email.

You'll need to save your addresses first with headings, and let PQ do it's thing.
