IF Formula to calculate 6-month follow-ups

I've been trying to use IF formulas to calculate the follow-up window on this spreadsheet. I currently have this worksheet set up to calculate the 6 month follow-up window if the consent box is changed to consented. If a client refuses the intake, the follow-up window should change to N/A. What I want to also add, is if a client is discharged before the 6 month date, I want the dates in the follow-up window to change to N/A. If a client consented to an intake and a discharge interview has not been conducted, the window should calculate. If the client does consent to an intake but is discharged before the 6-month follow-up, there is no need for a follow-up interview and so the cells should changed to N/A. If a client refuses intake, the cell should change to N/A.
