Excel Xlookup with dynamic return range

Hi,
with xlookup is there a way to make the return array dynamic so i could I've tried nesting a match function, but this give a number which I then need convert to the range, so tried using sequence, got stuck.

It's just a range , but I'd like the return part to change in relation to the column name,
