Forgive my ignorance here please........every time I type the date in a cell on column 1, the same information appears in line 21 in column 3. (also in Italics). This also copies on every page. Obviously there was an error made by the user. How would I remove this occurance? Thanks

No. It doesn't help at all. I can't edit a picture of an Excel sheet. Please re-read Post 2.
