Catastrophic Errors

Here recently using MSO 365 I have gotten into using User Forms and have created a few, but occasionally while adding the CommandButton to Show or Hide I get a message from Microsoft that I have a catastrophic error and the Task Manager is no help and I have to force a shutdown of my computer. Any clues as to why this is happening? Although I mentioned the CommandButton it might not be the problem, but something else I am doing wrong.

What could be more explicit than getting a catastrophic error message trying to create a user form or a command button? However, after I posted my concern there were about 7 others who had posted (some time ago) with the same issue and I think I found the reason this happens.
