find cell in formula problem.

hello hello,

i want to calculate the profit based on criteria's.
in my spreadsheet i have the problem with writing a formula because some cells are a reference of another cell.
the value on the referencced cells is all the same (T).
i want to find the adres of the referred cell to count values in that row.
this is in a formula where the profit is calculated in (other row and column).

if someone can solve this for me i would be very happy.
