Power query M code circular reference

Hi,
I have a circular dependency but can't see a way around it,

This is the stating point, but I would like to use the rename option in tablefromrows , but I need to know the number of columns

So it thought to create a list on names, more than needed and then shorten in depending on the colunn count of the above table;

and then use this to rename the columns, but as it's dependent on it's self as it were it don't work, the steps referred to are Expand and NewNames in the attached workbook, is there another and better way to approach this?
