DAX multiply arrays from non related tables

Hi
is there a way to do this using DAX formula , measure of Calculted column,

so in an excel table ;

Unis = number , Coumns A : C = decimal number , TaxT = sinlge row table decemal number,

this has been attached.

After attaching I did come up with an ID So each row gets same ID AAA, and Tax table row = AAA this I linked then in a Calc column;
