Power Pivot Measure than return claim numbers (ICN) where one line has a value in it

I am looking have a Power Pivot value that returns all claim (ICNs) items whereby one of the claim lines has a value in it. In this case, it is "99203".

See attached sample. Any ideas? Thanks.

Allrght, after a false start, I believe I have it figured out. See DAX formula below:

The only issue is that I would like to modify the code so that if the payment amount for 99203 has to be above $0 for the claim to be flagged.

Any ideas how to modify the code above to flag claim number only if 99203 is above $0. Thanks.
