    How this function works? I type in a cell: =STOCKHISTORY(MSFT,1-1-2024) and the result is #name?

    You must use a text string for the stock symbol, and either a date value or a string that can be interpreted as a date.

    Your profile says 2021. STOCKHISTORY, as far as I know, is only available in 365.
