I've sent out a load of emails with a mini questionnaire in. This kind of format:
Name:
Age:
Gender:
Nationality:
And I now want to get them into Excel with those headings horizontal and the answers below each one. Is this something I would have to do manually or is there an easy way to transfer it over?

you should be able to copy
and then
paste special
use
transpose
but if its in word or email
copy into the spreadsheet and it should all gointo one column
then use
text to columns and delimited with the :
that will split into two columns
now try the copy paste special transpose
