In our company, we have corporate policy where in we are not suppose to retain six month old emails from the present date. Also policy says that, we are not suppose to retain them in personal folders too. So currently what we are doing is, we are currently documenting the email content on word format and saving those in our local drives.
Now, i am looking a for solution in the below mentioned areas

a. Can i move emails from Inbox, Sent and Personal folders to some local personal folder(not the one from Outlook) automatically, every time i open the outlook. Here i mentioned local personal folder, because of the reason that, if anybody comes for the audit, i can easily go and delete that folder from my system. Basically it should consider the date of opening the Outlook. Is there way we can set a rule like that?

If anybody would provide soln for this, that will be a big help......... I am on this.
