How to reply a text format mail by html format or if it is possible to do so?

Hi there,

I got a mail which is text formatted. When I reply, system automatically set my reply mail as text format. I just wonder if it is possible to reply it in html or other format instead of text format?

I got my answer. Just click on the format text tab and that is it.
