    Conditional Formatting

I have a list of clients who all compete and I fill in their results in competition throughout the year. I have attached an example.

I need the cell to highlight in red when they come 1st or T1 (tied 1st)

I need the cell to highlight in green when they come 2nd to 10th or T2 to T10.

I can do all the formatting rules apart from the T2 to T10 as when I do conditional formatting, for example if the cell hd the value t2 the the cell highlights green but if the cell has the value T223 or any value with a 2 in it will turn green which is not what i want.

Any help would be hugely apprecaiated!!!!
